ABOUT US

We are a Committee led, Charity Run, Child Care Service based in the Village of Balderton within the town of Newark-on-Trent.   

 

We aim to provide your child with a high class of care that is not only educational but also fun! With an OFSTED rating of Good, we aim to further improve on that rating in our engaging and energetic environment for children aged 2 to 11. All of our staff are appropriately qualified professionals with many years of experience and are dedicated to delivering the best standard of childcare. 

 

We are open Monday to Friday, 50 weeks a year, from 7.30 am to 6 pm. This incorporates:

 

Breakfast Club: 7.30 am - 9 am (breakfast included)

Pre-School (Chuter Ede Site): 9 am - 3 pm

After School Club: 3.15 pm - 6 pm (Hot Meal Included)

Holiday Club - Open during all school holidays and in-service training days (except Christmas)

Did You Know?

You could be eligible to claim up to 80% of child care costs through the childcare element of working families tax credits. 

 

All  3 and 4 year-olds are entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education for 38 weeks of the year

You may also be eligible to claim funding for 2-year-olds.

We also accept a variety of employment based childcare vouchers such as ComputerShare, Busy Bees and many more.
